Excellent pizza, sandwiches and Italian cuisine in the Detroit Metro area! From reddit: Loui's - They add the most brick cheese and as a result are the most decadent and heavy. This means the pizza is indeed more oily than the others. Loui's is very consistent and has the best bake on the pizza (e.g. the crust is perfect) Louis

Went there while at RailsConf 2024. Hole in the wall, in the middle of nowhere, but is highly recommended on reddit for a reason!
